Hearts and Hooves Polo Tournament presented by Park Equine Hospital, to benefit the Kentucky Equine Adoption Center

Sunday, September 27th

Polo. Picnics. Horses. Second Chances.

Join us for an unforgettable Kentucky afternoon at Secretariat Field at the Kentucky Horse Park! Gather your friends, pack your favorite picnic, decorate your tailgate, and experience the excitement of live polo—all while helping give Kentucky’s most vulnerable horses a second chance.

Pack Your Picnic. Bring Your Friends. Make It Yours.

Hearts & Hooves is a true Kentucky tailgate—and you’re invited to make it your own!

Bring your favorite food and beverages, coolers, lawn chairs, blankets, and plenty of tailgate spirit. Create a festive polo picnic with your friends and family, then compete for fabulous prizes in our Best Tailgate Contest.

Whether you’re a longtime polo fan or have never watched a match before, Hearts & Hooves is the perfect way to spend a late-summer Sunday in Kentucky.

Come for the polo. Stay for the fun. Leave knowing you helped create a second chance for a horse in need.
