Cancellation Policy

• Private tours are paid in full at the time of booking. 50% of the booking cost is considered non-refundable to secure the date at Darby Dan Farm.
• Cancellations for private tours require a notice of at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled tour time in order to be eligible for the other 50% refund.
• Cancellation policies for peak tourism times (Kentucky Derby and Breeders' Cup weeks, others) may vary.
