Get ready for a family-friendly afternoon full of fun, creativity, and connection at EquiConnect: Community Equine Day—an event designed to bring the equine industry and our local community together!

Whether you’re a lifelong horse lover or just curious about horses, this event is your chance to learn, explore, and enjoy hands-on activities for all ages. Kids will love painting horseshoes, building their own pool noodle ponies, and getting their faces painted—while adults can connect with a wide range of equine professionals and organizations sharing what they do and how you can get involved.

What to Expect:

🍔 Free lunch and desserts
🐴 Horse-themed crafts and activities for kids – pony photo booth, noodle horses, horse shoe painting, and more!
🏇 Hobby horsing – stick horse races, mini jumping, and barrel racing (on foot!)

🎭 Face painting
🐐 Petting zoo with friendly farm animals
🐎 Live horse demonstrations – show jumping and cart driving
🤝 Meet-and-greet with local equine businesses and service providers – complete an activity
