Stonestreet Farm welcomes you to visit Rachel Alexandra, the multiple graded stakes winning champion racehorse.
The group will visit Rachel Alexandra in her barn, and learn about her current lifestyle as well as reminisce on her racing career. Spend the half hour engaged with your tour guide, asking questions and getting up close with this special horse. You will have the opportunity to celebrate Rachel Alexandra’s career with other fans of the great mare, while enjoying the picturesque scenery of Stonestreet Farm.
Due to high demand, individuals are welcome to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets for this experience. Tickets will be available at 12 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 8. We recommend bookmarking this page and refreshing the link at noon on Wednesday for a chance to purchase tickets.
Proceeds from tours of Stonestreet Farm are donated to New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program, which retrains and rehomes more than 400 retired racehorses a year, including those from Stonestreet. You can also visit New Vocations, by clicking here.
ABOUT STONESTREET FARM
The guiding focus of Stonestreet’s breeding program is to produce Thoroughbreds with strength, stamina, and class.
The farm’s long-term business model includes welcoming its retired fillies into its broodmare band and supporting its colts at stud. Our broodmare band produces an average of 80 foals a year and each represents an expression of our pursuit to cultivate champions. Special attention and care go into the breeding and nurturing of each foal to ensure that they have the best chance of success at racing’s highest levels. Stonestreet is also committed to providing the horses that do not enter the breeding operation every opportunity to succeed in a second career.
Stonestreet retirees complete the New Vocations program, with Stonestreet remaining financially accountable during the retraining process. A portion of your ticket purchase will be donated to New Vocations!
