LUNCH – LEXINGTON DISTILLERY DISTRICT
The historic and walkable campus offers a relaxed pet-and-kid friendly environment. Grab a slice of Lexington-famous Goodfellas Pizza and top it off with a scoop of local fave Crank & Boom ice cream. Like our horse farms, this area celebrates our town’s past with a modern twist. Fun and casual for all types of travelers.

MAKER’S MARK SECRETARIAT CENTER 2:00pm
Hailed as the Gold Standard for thoroughbred retraining, the Maker’s Mark Secretariat Center devotes its work to reschooling and rehoming off the track thoroughbreds. A dynamic tour that allows guests of all ages to get a behind the scenes look at the versatility, athleticism, and trainability of our equine friends.

FRIDAY

MILL RIDGE 10:00 – 11:15am
Since 2000, Mill Ridge has raised and/or sold 34 Grade 1 race winners. This location, near Keeneland, is situated on the rolling hills of South Lexington and uniquely suited for the Thoroughbred. The tour feels a bit like a love letter to the industry, state, sport and indeed the horse. Resident mares and foals are the stars of the tour, and often will greet guests.

LEXINGTON MURAL CHALLENGE
Lexington’s public art scene is visible throughout the town, thanks in part to a series of thoughtful and imaginative murals. Take the VisitLEX Mural Challenge Friday afternoon and see how many you can spot – bonus points from Horse Country if you find the Man ‘O War and Horses Jumping murals. More info on this interactive attraction at visitlex.com/things-to-do/murals. Happy exploring!
